Villa Belvedere is a splendid villa with a swimming pool nestled in the beautiful countryside of the Marche region. This rustic villa is located in the small town of Castelraimondo, halfway between the Sibillini Mountains and the Adriatic Coast. It is the perfect destination for those who want to relax and enjoy the natural beauty of the region.

The property can comfortably accommodate up to 6 people, making it ideal for families or small groups of friends.
Access is via a gate that marks the boundary of the private property, with parking available right in front of the villa.
Inside, there is a cozy living room with an open kitchen and dining table. This area leads directly to the panoramic terrace, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the beautiful view of the surrounding landscape.
The sleeping area consists of two double bedrooms, a smaller bedroom with bunk beds, and two full bathrooms, one with a bathtub and one with a shower.

Outside, the property is surrounded by a well-kept garden with a beautiful swimming pool for exclusive use, equipped with sun loungers, ideal for relaxing, and a barbecue perfect for pleasant moments outdoors.

Pets are allowed but, by agreement with the owner, they are not allowed in the sleeping area of the villa.

During your stay, the owner of the villa may be present sporadically for any maintenance of the swimming pool and garden.
