The apartment is located in a quiet residential area of Stintino, surrounded by greenery and about a 3-minute drive from the famous La Pelosa Beach, in the Cala Rosa area. The living area features a spacious lounge with a sofa bed, dining area and TV, decorated in warm tones that create a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere. The separate kitchen is equipped with an oven, microwave, refrigerator and a range of utensils, allowing guests to prepare breakfast, lunch and dinner independently during their stay.
The sleeping area can accommodate up to 4 guests and includes one double bedroom and a second bedroom with two single beds, an ideal layout for families, couples or small groups of friends. Guests also have access to two bathrooms, both with showers, offering extra convenience when sharing the apartment.

Check-in & Management
A few days before arrival, guests will receive a link to complete the online check-in. They will be required to enter the details of all guests, sign the tourist rental agreement, pay a €300 security deposit and settle the tourist tax, if applicable. In order to access the property, the procedure must be completed before arrival. The property is professionally managed by a specialized company on behalf of the owner.
