You will find a comfortable and welcoming environment for your stay. You will have at your disposal a smart TV to relax with your favorite programs, high-speed Wi-Fi to stay connected, and quality bedding for a restful sleep.

Once you enter the main entrance gate, the apartment is accessible via an internal staircase, ensuring maximum privacy.

The apartment consists of a bright living room/kitchen, carefully furnished to offer a cozy and functional space. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the essential necessities.

In the sleeping area, you will find a quiet and comfortable bedroom, while the adjacent bathroom offers all the amenities you need to refresh and rejuvenate.

On the second floor, you will have access to a convenient laundry area, equipped with a washing machine, to ensure maximum comfort during your stay.

A few days before arrival, guests will receive a link to check in online; they will be asked to enter all the details of each guest, sign the tourist rental contract, pay the deposit and settle the tourist.
To access the property, you must complete the online check-in prior to arrival.
