The location is perfectly positioned between nature, hilltop villages, and the sea: the Sibillini Mountains are about 30 minutes away, the Adriatic coast about 30 minutes, and Umbria (Spello, Assisi) about 45 minutes by car. Urbisaglia, with local shops and essential services, is just 5 minutes away. A truly unique highlight is the proximity to the Roman amphitheatre ruins in the Urbs Salvia Archaeological Park, just a short walk from the villa, and only a few kilometres away you’ll find the Abbey of Fiastra, with trails, guided tours, and e-bike rentals. Wi-Fi and modern comforts complete the experience.

Interiors

Villa Torre Anna is laid out over multiple levels, connected by an evocative staircase that leads to increasingly intimate and scenic spaces. The rooms are spacious and beautifully curated, featuring designer furnishings and unique details, including historic pieces such as a restored 17th-century wardrobe: every choice is designed to enhance the tower’s character without ever compromising on comfort.

On the ground floor you’ll find a large entrance living room, a lounge with fireplace, dining room and fully equipped kitchen, plus a guest bathroom. On the same floor there is a double bedroom with disabled access and a private bathroom, as well as a single bedroom. The second floor hosts the sleeping area with three bedrooms, all with en-suite bathrooms. Going up to the third floor, you’ll find a fourth bedroom with a private bathroom. One final level leads to the atmospheric tower, where there is an additional bedroom with a bathroom: a special, secluded space full of charm. All bedrooms enjoy views either over the park or the pool.

The Park, Swimming Pool & Jacuzzi

The outdoor areas are the true highlight of Villa Torre Anna. A private, fully fenced park surrounds the villa and, thanks to the night-time lighting, turns every evening into pure magic. The swimming pool is perfect for relaxing on sunny days, while the latest-generation heated jacuzzi offers moments of wellness even after a day spent between the sea, rolling hills, and hiking trails.

There is also a barbecue area with a spacious outdoor dining space—ideal for long lunches, dinners under the stars, and evenings with friends and family. A few days before arrival, guests will receive a link to complete the online check-in. They will be required to enter the details of each guest, sign the tourist rental agreement, and pay a security deposit of €800.
