The house blends the charm of warm, natural materials with spacious, light-filled interiors: large arched openings overlook the garden, making the living area striking, airy, and bright. Outside you’ll find a private pool, a shaded porch with a dining area, relaxing corners, and a barbecue space that’s perfect for convivial evenings. Ideal for families or groups of up to 8 guests, the villa offers 4 double bedrooms, each with a private en-suite bathroom—one of them in a separate annex for those who want extra independence.

The villa welcomes you with a large, bright living room, defined by wide arched windows that frame the garden. The lounge area is perfect for gathering after a day of hiking, while direct access to the porch makes it easy to move seamlessly between indoors and outdoors at any time of day. On the ground floor there is a guest bathroom with an anteroom and disabled access.

The kitchen is spacious and set up for those who love to cook: a central wooden island, generous worktops, and full equipment (oven, refrigerator, coffee machine, and utensils). It’s the ideal space for slow breakfasts and dinners together, with the practicality of a kitchen truly designed for everyday use.

The sleeping area features 3 double bedrooms on the first floor, all with en-suite bathrooms with shower, carefully furnished and comfortable, with air conditioning for summer nights. The fourth double bedroom with private bathroom is located in the external annex—perfect for a couple, or for those traveling with grandparents or friends who would like more privacy. Wi-Fi is available throughout the house.

Outdoors, the atmosphere is that of a truly elegant country home: a furnished porch with a large dining table, comfortable seating, and relaxing corners (perfect for reading, sipping a glass of wine, or taking a break in the shade). The private pool, surrounded by greenery, is the ideal spot to cool off and unwind in complete peace. The experience is completed by a brick barbecue/wood-fired oven area, ideal for grilling and rustic al fresco dinners. Private parking is available within the property.

The villa is set in the countryside and surrounded by olive trees and fruit trees, about a 5-minute drive from the village of Sant’Angelo in Pontano. It’s an excellent base for exploring the area: hiking and nature in the Sibillini Mountains National Park, days out at Lake Fiastra, Sassotetto, and routes through hilltop villages, panoramic roads, and the traditional flavors of the Macerata province.

A few days before arrival, guests will receive a link to complete online check-in: you will be asked to enter the details of all guests, sign the tourist rental agreement and pay a €500 security deposit. Online check-in must be completed before arrival to access the property. The home is professionally managed by a specialised company on behalf of the owner.
