Interiors
The interiors of Villa Gilda are spacious, airy, and designed to offer an immediate sense of comfort. The lounge includes a relaxation area with sofas and a TV, as well as a dining area perfect for gathering after a day spent enjoying the sea and sunshine.
The kitchen, separate and well laid out, is spacious and functional, ideal for guests who wish to prepare their own meals. It is equipped with a hob, refrigerator, mini oven, microwave, and everything needed to prepare breakfasts, light lunches, or dinners to enjoy indoors or outside.
The sleeping area consists of three bedrooms: two double bedrooms, one of which features an en-suite bathroom with both shower and bathtub, and one twin bedroom with single beds. A second bathroom with shower completes the layout of the house. The bedrooms are air-conditioned to ensure maximum comfort even during the hottest months, while Wi-Fi is available throughout the property for added convenience, even during longer stays.

Check-in and Management
A few days before arrival, guests will receive a link to complete the online check-in process: they will be required to enter the details of all guests, sign the tourist rental agreement, pay a €400 security deposit, and settle the tourist tax. Completion of the online check-in before arrival is mandatory in order to access the property. The property is professionally managed by a specialised company on behalf of the owner.
