The interior is cozy and well-structured. The living area includes a living room with dining area and TV, as well as a double sofa bed, ideal for comfortably accommodating two additional guests. The fully equipped kitchen has an oven, refrigerator, coffee machine, and everything you need for cooking.

The sleeping area offers two bedrooms: one double and one twin with two single beds. The villa also includes two full bathrooms (one with a shower and one with a bathtub), Wi-Fi, and air conditioning in the bedrooms for maximum comfort even on the hottest days.

A few days before arrival, guests will receive a link to complete the online check-in. They will be asked to enter the details of all guests, sign the tourist rental agreement, pay a security deposit of €300, and pay the tourist tax.
