The living area combines the lounge and kitchen in one open space: a practical and bright environment with a dining table, sofa bed and equipped kitchen, complete with oven, microwave, refrigerator and useful utensils for preparing breakfasts, lunches and dinners independently at home.
The sleeping area includes two bedrooms: one bedroom with a double bed and a second bedroom with two single beds. There is also a complete bathroom with shower, featuring spacious and functional areas.

Check-in & Management
A few days before arrival, guests will receive a link to complete the online check-in. They will be required to enter the details of all guests, sign the tourist rental agreement, pay a €300 security deposit and settle the tourist tax, if applicable. In order to access the property, the procedure must be completed before arrival. The property is professionally managed by a specialized company on behalf of the owner.
