Bright and carefully styled, each room offers Smart TV, Wi-Fi and internet access, plus a minibar and a safe for extra comfort and convenience. A shared common area is also available with a coffee machine, kettle and fridge—small touches that make your stay even easier.

For a truly restorative experience, you can book wellness activities directly with the owner during your stay: yoga sessions, Ayurvedic massages (available in three different types) and Shinrin-yoku, the traditional “forest bathing” practice, to reconnect with nature and slow down. If you’d like to start the day gently, homemade breakfast is available on request, to be booked upon arrival, served from 8:00 to 10:00 (€20 per person).

You’ll be staying in Capoliveri, one of Elba’s most loved towns—perfect if you want the charm of a lively village while being close to the sea. In just a few minutes you can reach beautiful beaches and coves with crystal-clear water, ideal for swimming, snorkeling, or simply unwinding under the sun. Capoliveri’s historic center, with its narrow streets, small shops and vibrant evening atmosphere, is ideal for a stroll after dinner or a scenic aperitivo. The location also makes a great base for exploring the island: coastal trails, Mediterranean landscapes, boat trips, and panoramic viewpoints offering unforgettable sunsets.
This is a great base for sea lovers who also want an active holiday. In about a 15-minute walk you can reach Naregno, home to the sailing center and several water activities, including diving and catamaran trips. At Talas Diving Center you can also try windsurfing, kitesurfing and jet skis. To explore at your own pace, the owner provides two canoes (one single and one double), perfect for discovering coves and coastal views from the water. Porto Azzurro is just an 8-minute drive away, with shops, evening strolls and a lively seaside atmosphere.

A few days before arrival, guests will receive a link to complete the online check-in process; they will be asked to enter the details of each guest and sign the tourist rental agreement.
