Just a few minutes away is Pievebovigliana, with essential services, restaurants and local shops. It’s the perfect base for hiking, cycling, nature and food & wine experiences, with typical agriturismi and renowned routes such as the Lame Rosse trail at Lake Fiastra. Wi-Fi and a Smart TV complete the amenities offered.

The villa is set over two floors with spacious, bright rooms in a country-chic style, enhanced by curated statement pieces, designer furnishings by Cassina —perfect for relaxing by the fireplace. On the ground floor, the entrance opens onto a large living room with pool views and a dining area, with a designer fireplace as the heart of the home, as well as a fully equipped kitchen with an induction hob. Also on the ground floor you’ll find a twin bedroom, a bathroom and a billiard room. Upstairs is the sleeping area with a master bedroom with en-suite bathroom and two further double bedrooms, complemented by two additional bathrooms. A lounge on an intermediate level, with a sofa bed and fireplace, overlooks the pool and invites you to enjoy the peace and the view.
Park and pool:
The private 20,000 sqm park surrounds the villa and creates an oasis of absolute privacy, with level, well-equipped areas designed for outdoor living in total comfort. Along the internal paths, panoramic viewpoints open up, with charming details to discover such as an old stone fountain and a few windows designed to let you see straight through from one side of the villa to the other—have fun finding which ones. The recently built panoramic pool takes center stage: at sunset the light sets the mountains ablaze, creating a truly special atmosphere. A few days before arrival, guests will receive a link to check in online. They will be asked to enter all guest details, sign the tourist rental agreement, and pay the €1000 security deposit.
