From the living area, you can access the sleeping area where you will find a double bedroom, a single bedroom, and a bathroom.
The double bedroom features a queen-size bed with a comfortable mattress, pillow set, and ample wardrobe space.
The smaller bedroom offers two single beds with a wardrobe.
There is a sofa bed in the living room.
The bathroom is equipped with a shower cabin, sink, toilet, bidet, and complimentary toiletries including shampoo, shower gel, soap, and hairdryer.

Quality bed linens and towels are provided.

Access to the property courtyard is through an automatic gate. Reserved and free parking.

The house can accommodate up to six people and is the ideal solution for a pleasant stay on the Conero Riviera, whether for work or vacation.


A few days before arrival, guests will receive a link to check in online; they will be asked to enter all the details of each guest, sign the tourist rental contract , pay the deposit and settle the tourist tax .
